Lake Carolina's 10th Annual Wine & Food Festival

We are really excited about our growing list of wine and food vendors. To date, we have the following on board for this year's Festival!

About

Cafe Caturra
Café Caturra—a hip, casual burst of flavor and color—opens at 11 am seven days a week. Visit the wine bar to sample any of our 24 wines on tap while being sure not to miss our ample offering of paninis, salads, small plates, and Neapolitan-style pizzas. While we don’t take reservations, we do offer the perfect atmosphere for a business lunch, a girl’s night out, a quick dinner before the show, a semi-private event, or simply dessert and espresso.  Cafe Caturra is bringing deviled eggs, chips & guacamole and two variations of hummus with billy bread:  a roasted red pepper hummus and their classic hummus.

Solstice Kitchen & Wine Bar
Our cuisine can be labeled many things, but we will refer to it as “New American”. Our service is professional, yet far from stuffy. Our décor is modern, yet simple. Our Wine List is extensive and, perhaps most important of all, everyone from our servers and bartenders, to our Chefs and Management, are among the most dedicated service industry professionals in our community.  Solstice will be serving their Sweet Potato Bisque with Candied Pecans & Marshmallows and their famous Smoked Gouda-Applewood Bacon Mac & Cheese.

Earth Fare
The healthy supermarket.  The food we sell at Earth Fare is as close to the ground as it gets, which means we have high standards for what goes on our shelves.  Earth Fare will have a variety of cheese, jams, spreads, organic chocolates, crostini’s, and much more. Samples will be served off of real marble slabs.

Polliwogs
Polliwogs is Northeast Columbia's newest and freshest restaurant, serving only locally grown ingredients and seafood straight from the South Carolina coast. We are proud to announce that we are "Green and Getting Greener." To date we have recycled over 50,000 pounds of glass, plastic, aluminum and cardboard. Remember at Polliwogs we encourage everyone to..."Eat Local, Drink Local and Be Local."

The Backyard Diner & Grille
The Backyard Diner & Grille is a family owned restaurant serving breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Saturday. We are proud to serve comfort food using the finest ingredients from our very own garden or our local farmers. We just recently increased the size of our garden to now include lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, grapes, strawberries, and blueberries. We are also very pleased to serve only Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses. We pride ourselves on making many of our menu items from scratch. Our soups, potato salad, pasta salad, cole slaw, breakfast homefries, pancake and waffle batter, housecut french fries, and custom made desserts are a few of these items.

Sweet~T Gourmet
Baking scrumptious desserts everyone will love!  Sample our Dark Chocolate Ganache Tarts, Shortbread Pecan Tart Cookies, Pumpkin-Spiced Gooey Butter Cake and Decadent Chocolate Cake at the festival.
