Lake Carolina welcomes new Vice President of Marketing

COLUMBIA, S.C. (July 7, 2010) – Lake Carolina is proud to announce Holly Morrison has joined the Lake Carolina team as vice president of marketing.
“We couldn’t be happier to have Holly on board with us,” said David Tuttle, president of Lake Carolina Development. “She brings an energetic mix of industry knowledge, proven talent and poise to our team and I look forward to seeing the positive impact her presence will have on our community.”
Morrison comes to Lake Carolina with seven years experience and a strong background in real estate marketing. Prior to working at Lake Carolina, Morrison worked with The Cliffs Communities, where she directed marketing strategies for eight luxury wellness resort communities throughout the Caroli- nas. Morrison also helped announce Tiger Woods’ first U.S. golf course design while working with The Cliffs in 2007.
“Lake Carolina is a beautiful community and offers a great lifestyle,” said Morrison. “I’m looking for- ward to working with the Lake Carolina team and getting more involved with the Greater Columbia community.”
Morrison, who worked as the marketing manager at Sea Island before joining The Cliffs, also served as head of the advisory board for Sea Island Magazine, helped launch the grand reopening of The Cloister hotel - a Mobil five star and five diamond property - and executed sales events with notable personali- ties such as Harry Connick, Jr., George Bush, Sr., Tiger Woods and Geoff Ogilvy.
Morrison graduated Georgia State University in Atlanta, G.A. with a degree in Business Managaement and Marketing.
